Clondalkin Group is an international converter of specialist packaging and print products and has strong technical bases in film extrusion, both cast & blown, in coating & laminating, and in printing & converting.

In November 1999 the management team, together with the venture capital group Candover Partners Limited, completed a successful buyout of the Group, and it was delisted from the Stock Exchanges in London & Dublin on 24 Dec 1999. The plan is to maintain the growth and momentum of the Group through continued organic development and by additions through acquisitions.

We operate in Ireland, Britain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, and the United States. The Group manufactures and distributes products out of 34 locations and employs almost 4,000 people.

Our track record of organic and acquisitive growth provides a balance across geographic regions and by product/market combinations (PMC) which reduces cyclicality and provides for a more stable earnings pattern.
